Simplicant has made our recruitment much easier and paperless as well.

The job posting is very elaborative.
Have the best option of posting jobs directly to LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
The filter options are great, they do wonders in-terms of shortlisting.

The scheduling process through Simplicant can be made better.
Sometimes Simplicant is unable to parse a profile, that needs attention.
