Fiserv Instant Issue Advantage vs. Synapse

It comes in handy when you are a financial that prints in branch for your member. Members usually expect their card would have to be mailed to them. Hopefully someday credit cards would be able to be printed in branch as well but since that goes through MasterCard it is understandable why it is not possible currently

Synapse is great for companies would like to pay their bills on time without the hassle of reaching out to each vendor.

Current loan processing program in use, have been using this for 3 years now. It is a pretty easy process but could be updated. It is quite self-explanatory when using it so that is convenient. Just could be cleaner and updated when it comes to the appearance of it. No other major issues with it
