Overall Satisfaction with Fiserv Instant Issue Advantage

In branch we use Fiserv Instant Issue Advantage for our Debit Cards, they are printed right in branch. Members enjoy that they can receive a new card right away but sometimes the system is down and that can create problems. Or it is down at one branch and not another, so we have to send members to a different branch to obtain a card.
  • Merges with other systems
  • connects properly
  • Clear instructions on usage
  • Disconnection problems
  • Errors randomly occurring that prevent printing
  • Refresh does not always work
  • instant print
  • instant debit cards
  • customer satisfaction
  • I think it is a positive program for our members
Current loan processing program in use, have been using this for 3 years now. It is a pretty easy process but could be updated. It is quite self-explanatory when using it so that is convenient. Just could be cleaner and updated when it comes to the appearance of it. No other major issues with it.

Do you think Fiserv Instant Issue Advantage delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Fiserv Instant Issue Advantage again?

Yes

It comes in handy when you are a financial that prints in branch for your member. Members usually expect their card would have to be mailed to them.
Hopefully someday credit cards would be able to be printed in branch as well but since that goes through MasterCard it is understandable why it is not possible currently.
