Likelihood to Recommend	Klarna I don't work with the CRM team but I do know that they use flexEngage to track click-through rates associated with the advertising of promotions, gifts with purchase, BOPUS, etc. There's definitely a lot less information to be had from a point of sale point of view because the transaction originates there. I know it's been a great benefit to us and our customers.
