flexEngage vs. Netcore Email API

I don't work with the CRM team but I do know that they use flexEngage to track click-through rates associated with the advertising of promotions, gifts with purchase, BOPUS, etc. There's definitely a lot less information to be had from a point of sale point of view because the transaction originates there. I know it's been a great benefit to us and our customers.

If you want to ensure you have good oversight of sent emails and if you want to ensure your email reputation is only affected by mails you send (i.e. not using an SMTP IP shared with others) then Pepipost is the way to go. Their cost is also super attractive compared to the other players in the market.

• There is negligible downtime

• Possibly adding the ability to view the content of sent emails like Mandrill does.

• None of that info is available to me at this point.

• Less time spent trying to determine why clients never got our emails.
• Better deliverability rate directly improved customer experience in terms of support received.
• Webhooks allowed us to notify users of only the important deliverability issues.
