Overall Satisfaction with Pepipost
We actually don't use traditional email at all, instead, we use a ticketing system for every employee as this creates responsibility for ticket owners and visibility for managers. Most ticketing systems use their own built-in SMTP provider and this can lead to emails being flagged as spam. We used Pepipost to ensure all emails sent out from the ticketing system use our own private SMTP (Pepipost) and this directly results in improved deliverability and fewer spam flags.
- Less time spent trying to determine why clients never got our emails.
- Better deliverability rate directly improved customer experience in terms of support received.
- Webhooks allowed us to notify users of only the important deliverability issues.
- Twilio SendGrid, Mailchimp Transactional Email (mandrill) and Amazon Simple Email Service
From my experience, Pepipost has far better pricing compared to other platforms I tested and used. Their interface is super simple to understand and allows you to set it up with ease. Their support team is on point and responds to queries faster than any of the other platforms I have used.
Do you think Netcore Email API delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with Netcore Email API's feature set?
Did Netcore Email API live up to sales and marketing promises?
Did implementation of Netcore Email API go as expected?
Would you buy Netcore Email API again?
If you want to ensure you have good oversight of sent emails and if you want to ensure your email reputation is only affected by mails you send (i.e. not using an SMTP IP shared with others) then Pepipost is the way to go. Their cost is also super attractive compared to the other players in the market.
