Likelihood to Recommend	I don't work with the CRM team but I do know that they use flexEngage to track click-through rates associated with the advertising of promotions, gifts with purchase, BOPUS, etc. There's definitely a lot less information to be had from a point of sale point of view because the transaction originates there. Sometimes when I used its API functionality, it didn't work well so I stopped it. I create my email templates in the Email Editor and send them to my contacts. That's the easiest process I follow.
