Flokzu Cloud BPM vs. Jotform Apps

Easy to track status of tasks. Great to use collaborate between remote teams. Useful for follow up and managing deadlines, with alarms functionality. Detailed and clear information in standard or customized reports.

Jotform Apps work well if you want to offer your users a feedback form, for instance, along with some useful links. For businesses that don't have a solid responsive website, an app would be a way to display basic information and offer some interaction in a mobile-friendly way.

• Easy of use, for a geographically distributed team.
• Agility. We can model, deploy and adjust (modify) business process by ourselves, in minutes.
• Flexibility, to add new processes (what we do all the time).
• Great support from the Flokzu team, every-time we needed it.

• It provides wide range of templates to choose from
• Provides customization within an app according to your need
• Drag and drop features makes it less time consuming

• We don't have major issues with Flokzu.

• Too rudimentary for multi step integrations
• Tool will be out grown

Flokzu is very easy to use without having any knowledge of programming

• It really helped to coordinate our distributed sales team.
• Flokzu also helped to streamline administrative tasks, like invoicing and payment tracking from other countries.

• This improved our engagement with attendees.
• We used this to capture feedback that was important to our planning.
• The ease of building apps made this possible. We wouldn't have been able to provide a natively coded app.
