Flokzu Cloud BPM vs. TIBCO Cloud Nimbus (discontinued)

Easy to track status of tasks. Great to use collaborate between remote teams. Useful for follow up and managing deadlines, with alarms functionality. Detailed and clear information in standard or customized reports.

TIBCO Cloud Nimbus is a business app for process documentation. It gives visualization of how people, processes and systems should interact. People from your organization can generate diagrams and how things should be processed. Good for technical and IT people to draw up diagrams so they know what they can follow for their IT process. Good for big IT teams. Could be little complex for some people. Might not feed everyone's needs but it's helpful for IT teams that want to document and diagram their technical work. You can create a step-by-step workflow management for tech people and also have non technical people follow the diagrams. It takes some time but you get the hang of it sooner or later.

• Easy of use, for a geographically distributed team.
• Agility. We can model, deploy and adjust (modify) business process by ourselves, in minutes.
• Flexibility, to add new processes (what we do all the time).
• Great support from the Flokzu team, every-time we needed it.

• We don't have major issues with Flokzu.

• Could use more integrations.
• Customer support could be better.

Flokzu is very easy to use without having any knowledge of programming

Nice people both on chat and e-mail, always willing to help us.

• It really helped to coordinate our distributed sales team.
• Flokzu also helped to streamline administrative tasks, like invoicing and payment tracking from other countries.
