Forter vs. Ideagen Policy Logic

Anyone looking to increase acceptance rates for Ecommerce orders should look into an AI solution like Forter. And if you are replacing a manual system/legacy application already in place, this is a good option.

Ideagen CompliSpace is great for keeping track of regular updates and reports with set repeating tasks for each user and team to keep up with. Where it falls short is the lack of feedback from the user to admin where external programs or solutions need to be used to keep the scope of tasks updated or changed.

• It is very concise with what is needed per task
• The UI is very streamlined and minimal

I think there are still some rooms for improvement and updates to it but there are not any obvious or painful shortcomings that cause a disruption to regular workflow from what I've used it for.

• Ideagen CompliSpace has had an overall improvement to business performance with it's automated templates for tasks and procedures needed for reporting on a regular basis
