  • Secondly, IBM Cloud Backup customer help should be more speedy.
  • IBM Cloud Backup is so automated, and in case of a power failure, accessing some of this data can be challenging.

Pricing and how easy it is to use. We use other IBM products in our office and it is nice to have everything on one network. The experience for users and managers is better, even new employees who can learn quickly. It also makes it more affordable for us.
