Pricing and how easy it is to use. We use other IBM products in our office and it is nice to have everything on one network. The experience for users and managers is better, even new employees who can learn quickly. It also makes it more affordable for us.

Data protection mostly. Not only does it help us avoid user error but also from things accidentally being deleted or modified. Different versions. The usability and reliability of this product is great. It is intuitive and easy to train new employees to use as well. Nothing bad to say about it!
