foundU vs. FREY Municipal Software

In its beta [version] it got stuck in some modules but with the new update, it’s working [perfectly]. It does not matter what size of a company is [it's perfect] for every Spacs to use.

If you are a municipality/municipal authority this is a great solution for billing your residents/customers. This software was developed specifically for the Public Sector. For our organization, the integration of this software solution was pretty seamless. The offerings provided by Frey Municipal Software (CUBIC) are likely best suited for a larger municipality (2,500 pop. and above). You will need appropriately trained staff to implement and use it.

I would always prefer foundU for payrolls because it covers almost every module. And it’s really easy to use. It's cost efficient and it’s one of the best tools currently available for payment solutions.

We evaluated software solutions such as MuniBilling and Utility Billing but were impressed with the comprehensive billing solution and customer service offered by Frey through its CUBIC package.
