Freestyle Multichannel Order Management vs. Inveon inCommerce

MOM is not well suited as a CRM, though it can be used in that role. It is a good program to use for order management. It probably isn't well suited to be the only program you use, but certainly can help in an auxiliary role.

• We are greatly satisfied with our experience with Inveon inCommerce.

Frankly I'm not sure which other programs are direct competitors to MOM. I can't think of any and I haven't used any others. For our purposes, it works well

Among many eCommerce solutions, Inveon inCommerce is by far the easiest to use, with the most flexibility and
user-friendly features. It also covers lots of great plugins and extensions for
almost any feature anyone can think of for its online store.



Moreover, there is an awesome community composed of e-commerce
experts who can guide our
team in expanding our digital footprint.

• I don't know ROI numbers for this program.
