Fresa Gold vs. Prometheus Informatics

As we are using Fresa gold for more than 5 years, the support team is very good with proactive responses. As Fresa Team is also from freight forwarding industry, most of the solutions are already available in the software. Fresa blog has answers for most of the questions. All the doubts are cleared then and there because they are arranging daily training sessions (5pm IST).

• Preparing Booking Confirmation, Sending Invoices to customer
• Attaching Documents on the job for future retrievals
• Generating Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Trial Balance
• Sending outstanding letters to all the customer in single click

• Integration with India customs EDI for CHA operations
• Integration with GST portal of India Government
• Integration with Inttra for carrier operations

• Customers are getting on-time invoices and outstanding which is very useful to collect the revenue on time.
• Credit Customers are restricted if they have over due - this will be useful to avoid focusing on non-paid customers
• All communications are available in one system with user name and date/time - disputes are recorded for future reference
