Fugo vs. iOFFICE by Eptura

In just a few clicks, Fugo will create any infographic template you need, as a digital signage app, I often use it to create my work presentations since it is a super simple and easy-to-use application that can be scaled according to your screen size requirements. There is no doubt in my mind that this app is great for your business use be it small or large scale.

You can book multiple spaces for the day with one log in. IOffice is easy to use / I was trained by reading a few PowerPoint slides and could use it immediately. With Covid protocols in place it was important in be able to book space when needed since many of our offices were closed due to mitigation efforts

• If you are looking to share information and dashboards, this is the app to use
• Easy to use and handy for routine business requirements/deliverables

• It is very good at plotting out office seating.
• We also use it for mail and package logging and notification and tracking.
• It is very useful in creating seating charts and floor plans.

• If the website controls were available through a mobile application it would have been best
• The ability to customize screen sizes could be improved if there were more templates available for use
• Screen synchronization can be slow and delayed sometimes

• The thing I would like to see is the ability to add the office or room dimensions and plot out seating such as in conference rooms.
• The version I have requires me to have to contact the company rep to make changes to the configuration in the software.

We can access different suites and dashboards together. Also Fugo provides a lot of features that will help us to work with a lot of data and multiple screens together. That will make it unique from different products and make it more powerful than others. It is my fav tool for this work.

I was an end user and was not involved in the selection of the systems

• Easy to use and saves creative time
• Makes it easier to put things together for a client's perspective
• Flexibility for marketing any digital presentation is great

• 100% of staff you needed to be in office were required to use iOffice
• Follow up surveys on iOffice use had a 95% positive response by users
• Once pilot was completed, over 350 staff completed training and used iOffice since 2021
