GatherUp vs. Synup

We were previously using a different review platform and it did not allow us to track our review for accuracy. It also did not allow us to send reminders if someone had not left us a review yet. GatherUp does a phenomenal job with allowing us to send reminders.

• Synup is extremely good at keeping track of customer reviews from various platforms in one centralised dashboard.

GatherUp allows us to get ahead of any issues by allowing our Homeowners to send us direct feedback through the NPS surveys. It also allows them to leave reviews about their experience.
