Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use GatherUp for our review platform. It allows us to track as well as send emails/text messages to request our Homeowners to leave us a review about their experience with us. It also allows us to send reminder texts & emails if someone has not left us a review. We love that GatherUp allows Homeowners to fill out a survey with a NPS score that comes directly to us.

Gather Up was a game changer for us with our reviews. It is so much easier to track our reviews and allow our Homeowners an outlet to make others aware about their experiences.

We were previously using a different review platform and it did not allow us to track our review for accuracy. It also did not allow us to send reminders if someone had not left us a review yet. GatherUp does a phenomenal job with allowing us to send reminders.
