Tactic vs. Workzoom

Tactic is beneficial for every company who have just enough workplace stations. Most specially if the shifts of the employees are different. It helps every employee to have a seat plan and find availability for their current shift. The map that is shown in the website is also helpful as it is very user-friendly.

Workzoom by Nortek Solutions is really helpful in HR, recrutiment and payroll.Our payroll is being managed by an external third party. Payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, and recruitment for the organization are all managed in one place which really makes it worth it. it helped during COVID by providing a paperless response.

• We use Tactic to reserve computer stations every shift.
• It counts how many users are logged in.
• It shows the available stations that can be used.

• Implementation process is good. Their focus is to create value to our organization.
• Simpleness of usage and team assistance. avoid charging for everything on basics.

• There are times that is load slowly.
• It only allows us to log in at a certain period of time, like an hour before the reserved time period and sometimes I am earlier than that.
• There are some unexpected errors that we frequently encounter while using the website. It is very often, but happens more than once.

• There is not much to be unhappy about. They construct for us whatever capability that is lacking - they are amazing!
• There are numerous choices. After using the system for a while, you become accustomed to it.
• The Workzoom implementation team is available to assist at all times.

We have only been using Tactic since I was hired here, so I am not able to compare it with other products. It is beneficial as it helps us work more effectively and efficiently. Moreover, it also counts how many users are logged in and the available stations as well.

The needs of the company are better met by Workzoom than by BambooHR. Workzoom is the best choice when considering the level of continuous product support. path of Workzoom over BambooHR in terms of feature upgrades and roadmaps.

• It helps make the workplace more organized, thus helping us to work well.
• It helps us find available stations to use, thus we are able to work on time.

• it is amazing and it will give you ROI with satisfaction.
