• For some channels users have to manually do the tasks.
• Free tier needs more customization.
• Sign up form builder is lacking.

Until something better comes along, Punchtab is the best there is. Support has been great, pricing is great and the product fulfills our needs

Their support is fine. I remember the one time promising an upcoming feature that I don't think ever got implemented, but it wasn't a huge deal. I haven't had a lot of interaction with their support team.

Gleam is much better than Woobox, even though the latter have better pricing tiers.
