Goodmeetings vs. Provana Speech Analytics

Goodmeetings has been a helpful tool within our team's ecosystem. It is well suited for preparing for calls, and reflecting on previous calls. It is also good at automating mundane tasks so the team can focus on the important sale. It is less appropriate for analyzing calls - sometimes it is more difficult to understand body language, especially in challenging market environments

Provana is very well suited for our well-being and needs in that all of our company policies can be searched, found, and updated within minutes. It makes it easy to find what you are looking for and navigate the ever-changing landscape of SOPs. I’ve never seen anything that is easier to use and upload your files into.

Goodmeetings is known to be a strong product in the industry and this up-and-coming field. We checked out several products and ultimately selected Goodmeetings for a few reasons, including: live support, reasonable price point, automation of tasks throughout the sales process, ability to integrate with other apps, and ease of material uploading. We are happy with the decision and plan to keep using it moving forward

To be honest, I have really never used anything more than Provana. Provana has been the easiest tool that I have ever used. I really enjoy using it and all of my other coworkers and employees understand and know that updating recertifying or changing the policy is as easy as locking onto the website and clicking a few buttons.
