  • Document Management -- very easy to add attachments and push out
  • Meeting Scheduling -- very easy to add meetings and get RSVPs to make sure we have a quorum
  • Historical data -- storing of historical documents and meeting minutes is super easy.

  • Voting -- there should be a mechanism for board members to vote through the system
  • Minutes -- meeting minutes should automatically be generated based on attendance and online voting
  • Public Facing Page -- we need to publish our agendas and minutes on our website. I would like it if there was a way we can put links on our website to BoardBookit.

  • It makes me, as the Executive Director, present a professional image during board meetings.
  • BoardBookit works particularly well when board members are not all in the same room for meetings.
