Chose Quadient Accounts Receivable
My company provides access to both YayPay and NetSuite and I always use YayPay. The flow and usability is much better and also has a nicer look. The login is also easier.

The only reason that I use NetSuite sometimes is because I cannot download credit memos through YayPay, only …
Chose Quadient Accounts Receivable
Quadiant is concentrated and focused on AR and collections and is well-suited for the collections team wanting to scale and take advantage of an integrated AR and billing system. Quadiant is easy to customize and understand, but it is limited in that it focuses only on AR, …
Chose Quadient Accounts Receivable
Quadient stacked up pretty well. Pricing was a bit higher than what we wanted to spend; however, based on the value we are receiving in a streamlined product, we pulled the trigger on it. Dunning was a bit more limited and manual process in the collections process so we opted …
Chose Quadient Accounts Receivable
Very similar to Tesorio - more cost effective but less savvy in forecasting piece. Quadient customer service is A+. Much more functional workflow capability than NetSuite.

I use it daily to check on invoices statuses. When a customer asks for a copy of an invoice, an account statement, to confirm that we received payment and to link an account to an invoice number. All that above when I already have an invoice number or the account code/number. Not useful when needing to pull up a credit memo document.

Amazing tool which we love. Definitely something to consider if you have a high volume of customers or your team runs lean as it does a lot of the touches without human support

I love the usability, the way the information is divided is very well though out and it flows nicely. The only thing I would point out is that sometimes the search engine show no results and when I know that cannot be correct, I refresh the page and the information shows up. It would be nice if if the connection is not good or the website is not sure if the information is correct, it would tell me, not say it is not there
