GreenJobInterview (discontinued) vs. Hireflix

I think GreenJobInterview is an efficient use of time when both the company and interviewer are interested. If a person wanted to explore an area before agreeing to an opportunity that would involve relocation, I don't think this would be as good, but if the interviewee is comfortable with the location then I think this is great.

I think Hireflix is particularly well-suited for companies that have a lot of candidates applying to a position and they want to do screening interviews with dozens of candidates but don't have time to arrange for in-person calls with each candidate. Before Hireflix, I would spend 30min per candidate screening (10min scheduling the interview and 20min on the interview) and now I spend 5min (1min emailing the Hireflix link and 4min watching the interview on 2-3x speed).

• I thought that their support was great. They scheduled a pre-call to test my equipment, reception and all the other items that might go wrong. They also helped with lighting, volume, and positioning of the camera.
• They were very efficient and the setup process was done in less than 20 minutes.
• Emailing was timely and accurate for setup.

• Accelerates our hiring processes and increases the number of candidates we can manage. We optimize our time and are more effective to hire in less time.
• It also serves us in employee hiring processes that are difficult to organize a face-to-face or online meetings.
• Above all, we value that it allows us to manage a greater volume of employee hiring processes in an orderly manner .

• I would have liked to have a little more say on when the pre-test call was.
• I don't think this was on GreenJobInterview, but I would have preferred different interview times.

This was different than an online meeting as they took the time to check setup, connections and make sure that everything went well. It was much more professional than a simple "Click this link to join" sort of operation

Hireflix is super simple and easy-to-use. It's very fast to get started and isn't nearly as complicated as the competition. I think for companies that want a fast, easy solution to screening lots of candidates, you can't beat Hireflix.

• As a user - it saved me time and allowed me to get back to my current job with minimal impact.
• I would think this would save lots of money in recruiting vs. paying flights, cars, meals, hotels, etc. for interviewees.
