By using HyperGuest, we were able to fulfill almost all use cases for our customers. HyperGuest is well suited for mid-level hotels and guest houses. With ever-evolving features, the customer base of HyperGuest is continuously growing day by day. The API framework helps connect faster and supports both Pull and push approaches for different operations, as appropriate. When we say Pull -it means any information retrieval for the partner is fetched in seconds. On the other hand, if we want to update booking etc., i.e., Pushing the information, it is also carried out seamlessly.

• Variation analysis is possible but more cumbersome than necessary.
• Sometimes slow to load data.
• Difficult to translate keywords reports straight to Amazon listings.

The data injection into the Amazon website is pretty intuitive and well laid out. The extension and the website are somewhat clunky, and it's more difficult to engage with them effectively.

Helium 10 was recommended to me by a very successful Amazon seller and business owner so I did not do much looking. I know Jungle Scout is similarly priced and capable. I have someone in my network now that uses it. Sometimes I will ask them to run ASIN data for me when H10 is being inconsistent and it seems to be able to produce a good report for me.

HyperGuest was less expensive and was able to fulfill almost all the requirements of our client.

• I would say HyperGuest has been helpful in providing a positive impact by helping our end customers and generating more revenue.
