HENO vs. StrataPT vs. Clinicient from WebPT

HENO is a wonderful system for any Physical Therapy practice currently operating in multiple programs. It streamlines systems and communication through its department integration, allows for HIPAA compliant internal messaging, and client communication, and it has a high level of practice customization. It also has a patient portal which can be very useful.

Best source for sending SOAP notes. Accepted by all Insurance companies/ adjusters and Medical Doctors

• Tracking of appointments, and documentation could be cleaner.
• Alerts could be more customizable, and error messages could provide more information to the user.
