Vertiv (formerly Emerson Network Power)
Liebert is the current best when it comes to the cost to service graphs. The data centers in India have them as their first choice for Air cooling for the racks. My experience has always been positive from Vertiv. One place they can improve is on servicing and maintenance of old appliances and machines. sometimes it takes a bit too long to find part replacements.

  • The cost of managing these from AMC is a bit too high.
  • Support and service personnel sometimes need some things from the site that they should be carrying in the first place.
