You can also sort event tickets by category (i.e., sponsor or attendee). Support Team - when you submit a ticket for support you can expect a response within an hour. They also have a live chat everyday at 3 PM. Training - there are hundreds of videos and tutorials on how to do everything instead of waiting for an implementation advisor to instruct you. Cons	Hivebrite LMS - It would be great if native learning management system functions could be added to the platform. 1:1 Conversations - the private messaging feature could definitely be improved upon. Language integration - being able to translate comments and conversations on the platform would be helpful to our global audience.
