Additional DetailsHyperline uses a hybrid pricing model: a fixed monthly platform fee plus a percentage of the revenue processed through the platform. Plans are tiered by annual revenue and subscription volume. Launch starts at $299 per month plus 0.7% of processed revenue, for companies up to $2M in annual revenue and up to 100 active subscriptions. It includes subscriptions and recurring billing, CPQ with e-signature, automated invoicing and payments, dunning and collections, and core integrations. Growth is custom priced, for companies between $2M and $20M in annual revenue and up to 1000 active subscriptions. It adds usage-based and hybrid pricing, revenue recognition, multi-currency billing, and priority support. Scale is custom priced, for enterprises above $20M in annual revenue with unlimited subscriptions. It adds multi-entity consolidation, advanced approvals and controls, custom contracts and SLAs, and a dedicated success manager. Two add-on modules, Accounts Receivable and Customer Intelligence, can be added to any plan. A dedicated implementation team handles onboarding, data migration, and pricing advisory.—

SAP Subscription Billing is well suited for workplace or ERP solutions, Where there isn’t a dedicated engineering team. This tool is so easily integrated with SAP cloud that see when someone with little to no, subject matter, expertise can perform the initial set up. However, if there is a dedicated engineering team, that works with modern technology stacks like Java or Golang, then because of a lack of an SDK that can be easily integrated with the existing applications becomes a bit of a bottle neck to migrate existing services to use SAP Subscription Billing. however, SAP Subscription Billing makes up for this by having seamless integration with existing SAP cloud and also providing advanced features for generating statements and reports to be used for various kinds of billing solutions

It also synchronizes data between our payment gateways and customers on SAP Commerce Cloud. All billing data is in one system, so all support has to do is lookup any query on an invoice and they can solve it immediately. This common data allows our internal teams and external processors to stay aligned.

SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) is part of SAP portfolio and therefore from package perspective a better choice. We implemented Zuora first but moving over to BRIM; faster implementation, better operations cost and support within SAP RISE Contract Package
