Optim is especially recommended for those companies that have their own or third-party development teams that must be provided with a complete data environment to test the applications. Optim is not recommended for use as an ETL or Data Integration tool.

Osano is well-suited for startups and small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) due to its low cost and excellent service. The customer support is also commendable. It consistently notifies you of missing privacy policies or cookie compliance issues on your webpage. Additionally, it requires mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) at login, enhancing security.

• [I] would like to have more details on what the scripts/cookies are for (it isn't always clear).
• The step-by-step process of classifying scripts and saving vs. publishing is clunky and unclear.
• Some [of the] naming conventions aren't intuitive - compliance mode, strict, passive, etc.

I prefer Osano over others for it's easy of configuration and flexibility to adjust language dynamical and legal requirements dynamically based on user device and/or location. Plus easily add team members to help manage the various parts of the software make this a one stop shop solution for our business.
