Overall Satisfaction with Osano

We use Osano to provide the ultimate privacy control to our clients making it easy for them to review and adjust their settings around the globe in the language that matches their devices configuration while keepings things legal and compliant in the ever changing landscape.

Osano makes this a breeze reducing our legal teams needs to monitor changes at the Local level and adjusting settings on the fly based on current laws across the glove.

Simple to setup and install, but with options to allow greater control and flexibility for more advance users. Highly recommended.

One area that could be improved is in greater control of certain styling elements within the system but other than that top notch software.

  • Would appreciate greater styling control over certain ui elements than are currently provided
  • As an agency having a plan / interface that would allow us to resell easier would be helpful
  • We were able to consolidate across the organization to a single solution reducing overhead.
  • Legal compliance is more easily met without need to constantly review and adjust.
  • Easy to manage interface has allowed team with less technical expertise to make simple changes when needed.
Pretty easy to use even for the less technical savvy. There are a few minor points where it can get a little confusion but they have decent documentation and quality support that helps you get to the answer you need in a reasonable time frame. Overall very happy with usability.
I prefer Osano over others for it's easy of configuration and flexibility to adjust language dynamical and legal requirements dynamically based on user device and/or location. Plus easily add team members to help manage the various parts of the software make this a one stop shop solution for our business.

For organizations that don't have the legal team to monitor and implement compliant cookie management solutions across the globe in the ever changing landscape, this product is perfect. Osano monitors vendors and laws across the globe to maximize compliance and even provides GDPR support for those that don't have a physical presence in the area.
