Lokalise
We used the service for almost 2 years, initially the decision was very tight when comparing to similar providers. There are many services that can do similar functions to what Lokalise to, given the many providers existing, if I were to choose again I'd be looking for lower price and better cancellation policies, versus aggressive sales tactics that result in loss of trust for a couple bucks.

It provides more flexible plans as compared to others. These plans are affordable for Small and medium-scale enterprises. They also offer free trial. IBM Watson has wider integration support with the help of API. It has very low latency in real time transcription.
