It's best for real time transcription and when the meeting is between the two speakers. Word recognition is accurate. Also it's available for various platforms, like cloud, apps, on-premise, API support. Price wise it's much better than other competitors. However, there can be still improvement in filtering noise and improving word accuracy. Language support can be increased further

IBM Watson has wider integration support with the help of API. It has very low latency in real time transcription. Also there is a formatting feature to Transcribe dates, times, currency etc as per the desired format
