Ideagen Procedure Management vs. SAP Audit Management

Prior platforms wouldn't allow custom expiry dates for uploaded certificates. Op Central allows us to adjust this based on when team memeber uploaded completed the relative course or noted expiry of their licence. Could have better function for custom fields that can be tailored to different roles/groups and by location. We have many team members who are not require to have certain documents uploaded they have the custom field shown on their profiles due to there not being any target options

SAP Audit Management is the absolute best software available for large, multi-national companies that have dedicated internal audit resources. Further, due to the implementation costs, I would only recommend a company to be serious about purchasing this software if external audit expenses were upwards of $2 million per annum. Also, better suited for an organization that already has solid audit procedures in place but wants to integrate them and increase audit efficiency. A company starting from scratch would not value this particular software as much because integration becomes less important in that scenario.

• Easy formatting - allowing the screen to expand when creating a document
• Provide hardcopies of updfating documents that are not watermarked to be used if there were ever an issue with accessing the platform.

Previously using World Manager, we would constantly have to flip between 3 different variations depending on brand. Ideagen Op Central now has everything built into one convenient location that is user friendly and easy to use.

I wouldn't say there is a true peer to SAP Audit Management currently available on the market. SAP Audit Management is the only software that is. It is designed by and developed for audit practitioners across the world. Further, the software unlocks the disparate information for Internal Audit departments and supports audit experts in their day-to-day activities with an easy to use. collaborative, and risk-based approach towards audit procedures.

• Allows all brands to be housed on one platform rather than across 3
• Mitigates the manual labour in preparing policies, converting to PDF, loading and then notifying teams of changes
