Overall Satisfaction with SAP Audit Management

SAP is widely adopted and used in Ford Otosan and its supply chain. Since I am a part of Purchasing as Supplier Technical Assistance Engineer, I am mainly involved in quality-related topics to do with supply base all over the world - specifically dealing with Q1 MSA stuff which consists of numerous common items with IATF standards. I strongly recommend my supply base to use SAP Audit Management to be able to keep track of all data that has an impact on Q1 score and manufacturing site assessment performance. By using SAP they basically manage quality, capacity, work in progress in manufacturing, production planning, maintenance, project timings (PPAP) and so on.
  • Safely managing big data involving in many fields like quality, project tracking, and manufacturing-related stuff,
  • Integrating with many other tools widely utilized in plant teams.
  • Ford and IATF auditors used to track down the details with a similar interface, making SAP familiar.
  • New users may sometimes find it complicated getting used to it which requires training tutorials - definitely not the basic ones.
  • SAP product aids in following up on the assignments of our annual MSA audits.
  • The user-friendly interface makes our meetings more efficient and saves time.
SAP is definitely ahead of its competitors thanks to meeting all big OEMs customer-specific requirements in its checklists.
Considering we use it in biweekly or monthly basis - the product runs very well in every aspect.

Would you buy SAP Audit Management again?

Yes

SAP Audit Management needs to be deployed by corporate companies with more than $1B worth if they particularly want to work with big OEMs in a sustainable manner. Otherwise, the things would be difficult to be managed in terms of Q1 and IATF perspective. The targets are set to reach out Industry 4.0 level which absolutely requires continuous data tracking/monitoring features - and without SAP Audit Management it would be pretty difficult.
