iLovePDF vs. Penneo Sign

I have been searching for a platform that allows us to edit PDFs for free since this is not something we do daily. I am glad that iLovePDF offers tons of features for absolutely free.

Penneo is really well suited if you want to handle all contracts online. Reducing process time and reducing "waste" of paper being printed. It can speed up the process for all. To my knowledge, it's not possible to fraud the system, and the files being signed are always verified correctly.

• Unable for users to edit contracts, which ensure compliance for our legal team.
• All files can be stored on your computer.

• For Danish users, it would be nice if Penneo offered the ability to sign and verify using MitID.
• For signees, it would be nice to have a feature to add comments for documents, not just personal but also for the client.
• As company the software solution is really great. There is not much negative points to highlight.

We need to visit the website and choose the feature we want to use. It is straightforward to use.

ILovePDF is the easiest to use compared to all other platforms.

• iLovePDF saves us a lot of time by editing all PDFs.
• It has all PDF-related features, so we don`t need to go look for any other platform for different use cases.
• My most favorite feature is add text. I am able to fill PDF format forms easily.

• As stated earlier Penneo has made a really positive impact on reducing our process time when signing contracts. Now we are able to complete a process with two or three sign-offs within a day. Before this process usually took a week.
• We reduce a lot of physical storage by having all files electronically. Files are saved as PDFs and stored securely on a server. Earlier these were printed files stored in a physical folder.
• As a large company we really want to reduce of environmental impact, and reducing a lot of physical prints is also a key measure for us. Penneo has had a positive impact on us in this regard.
