iLovePDF vs. Trimble ProjectSight

I have been searching for a platform that allows us to edit PDFs for free since this is not something we do daily. I am glad that iLovePDF offers tons of features for absolutely free.

I would probably recommend Trimble ProjectSight (Prolog) over Procore, as it is an easier user interface and typically avoids any problems with the users. I would say that it does take some getting used to, but once you are used to it it is pretty easy to use. This would be good for a residential home in construction.

• Change orders: great way to send and document official communications to subs and clients.
• Drawings: always good to have drawings and info readily available.

• speed. Some items take a bit long to bring up.

We need to visit the website and choose the feature we want to use. It is straightforward to use.

ILovePDF is the easiest to use compared to all other platforms.

I have only used Procore otherwise, and from what I remember Procore does not have as many features in terms of keeping track of CD documents, and organizing RFI's like Trimble does. I think overall Trimble ProjectSight (Prolog) is a better product, and if it was up to me I would pick Trimble ProjectSight (Prolog) over Procore.

• iLovePDF saves us a lot of time by editing all PDFs.
• It has all PDF-related features, so we don`t need to go look for any other platform for different use cases.
• My most favorite feature is add text. I am able to fill PDF format forms easily.

• Positive: kept jobs running smoothly, awesome tool to track and oversee projects
• Negative: not much really, good tool, just very in-depth with information that is needed to fill in documentation
