Very well suited for those getting started with SMS campaigns. It was easy for everyone on our team to pick up and get going without a lot of training. If you have mobile number lists in the hundreds of thousands I can see how it would be tough to manage with the lists, keywords, etc. I could be wrong as we are not in that space but that would be my assumption.

Very easy to use. Intuitive website that our entire team has been able to quickly pick up. In my opinion it is the most user friendly interface of all the software we did demos with.

Imagicle is wonderful because it allows me to work in a much more productive and collaborative way as well as offer a unique and intelligent service to my clients. I can manage calls online which saves time on travel expenses and money, storage, and recording. It provides excellent functions that help increase productivity and ah great results in unified communications, delivers quality with secure calls is perfect for collaborating online and exceeding customer expectations. We felt SlickText was the most user friendly, budget friendly, and we liked the fact that they didn't balk at the fact we wanted to go month to month to start so we didn't end up in a long term commitment right out of the gate.

At the time of calls, it shows the name, number and photo of the contact, which makes it much easier to identify clients, it is a platform that works visually, safely and quickly, allowing calls to be answered with just one click, controlling each status of colleagues with the opportunity also to place the calls in queue.

We are receiving a click through rate anywhere between 12-20% on our renewal reminder texts
Those people who click have a conversion rate of around 50% which is the best of any of the campaigns we run
One negative could be if we start to use the tool for promotional texts then there may be a negative impact on the member experience. Need to use it in moderation
