Infor Human Resources vs. Pro Software

It is a software that I faithfully recommend to HR managers, as it generates productivity for employees, the data recording is accurate, from the entry to the exit of the workers, the payroll management is excellent, it is a software-based on the cloud, generates productivity and the information recorded by the system is true, employees are motivated to be better because this system records their data.

I demo'd some other software and at the time, the other software felt "better" but were way more expensive. Pro Software now does what those other software did, but the price is likely still better.

• The only flaw we've found in Infor HCM is how slow the tech support is, they're not really fast when we need help.

• When we started with them, they were young and were missing quite a few things, that's all rectified now though
• The things that were missing were sometimes shocking, and they are now working on some of those things
• Customers don't always love all the security features, but they are necessary so what can you do

While it's not perfect, Pro Software is getting there and overall, it's a very usable system.

It was lower cost and as they were a growing company, it allowed them to grow with us. I don't have much else to say about it than that. They've been a good partner, and that's just it, they are a partner, not just a software vendor, at least for us.

• Infor HCM is accessible software, it generates productivity, boosts individual effort, records data automatically and with accurate information, it really is a necessary software to evaluate the performance of employees and generate productivity among them.

• There are many areas where we were blind to say tax changes that might be updated within the system
• There are lots of areas where a more streamlined automated approach hasn't been available
• In many of those cases, they were corrected however. Some we're still waiting for
