Overall Satisfaction with Pro Software
Pro Software is our primary HRIS platform and thus, we use it for everything within our business. It is the platform we use to manage HR, Benefits, Payroll, Accounting, etc... The business problems it would handle would be those associated with those business categories, so not so much a question of problems, just the tool to get the job done.
Pros
- Great Support, they listen
- Overall, the software works great
- Very secure platform
Cons
- When we started with them, they were young and were missing quite a few things, that's all rectified now though
- The things that were missing were sometimes shocking, and they are now working on some of those things
- Customers don't always love all the security features, but they are necessary so what can you do
- There are many areas where we were blind to say tax changes that might be updated within the system
- There are lots of areas where a more streamlined automated approach hasn't been available
- In many of those cases, they were corrected however. Some we're still waiting for
It was lower cost and as they were a growing company, it allowed them to grow with us. I don't have much else to say about it than that. They've been a good partner, and that's just it, they are a partner, not just a software vendor, at least for us.
