Very robust, but has a bit of a learning curve. UX could use some refreshing in some areas.

Selected Informatica B2B Data Exchange primarily due to ease of navigation and overall familiarity.

It's much easier to use, scales better, is more flexible, is a more complete product offering, is much easier and quicker to implement, and adds new product offerings more often than the competition
