Overall Satisfaction with VolPay

VolPay is a great payments-as-a-service product. It helps our bank translate and process a wide variety of payment rails and provide several different industry-standard information reporting formats at scale, and has been able to easily handle our volume and our growing needs.

  • Reduction in internal IT costs
Very robust, but has a bit of a learning curve. UX could use some refreshing in some areas.
It's much easier to use, scales better, is more flexible, is a more complete product offering, is much easier and quicker to implement, and adds new product offerings more often than the competition
