Informatica Data Archive (legacy) vs. MetaCompliance

To manage users, go to the admin dashboard, here is a section for users. In this users section here you can see which users are configured and you have the ability to suspend a user. If you want to edit or add users, you need to go to the Organization section, then click on another user section there, which then gives you the ability to edit or add users.

MetaCompliance is well suited to be managed by a small IT team. It is also well suited for companies that need to provide their employees with security awareness training. It has the added benefits for companies that may not have a formal policy approval process, MetaCompliance's policy management modules will help there. Lastly, the capabilities of the phishing simulation could be used by any organization that does not have a program in place for phishing.

• it is also fully integrated with all other AWS services
• manages the entire life cycle of the Certificates by itself, so it will reduce your work by a really big amount
• it can also be easily integrated with ELB and front-end cloud services.

• We are finding our employees are much better able to identify malicious emails
• Less time spent on IT developing, delivering, and maintaining security awareness training
• Overall has lead to an increase in Security within the organization
