InfoZoom vs. PwC SMART

This is perfect for anyone who is in sales. Upsales, downsales, or like us, B2B sales. It really does simplify getting info on specific people you need to speak to rather than going into a business and trying to get past a secretary. I would not recommend this for anyone in retail or anything other than a sales type of profession or business.

• It can run a little slow after extended times of use.
• It could be updated more frequently.
• Wish it had a desktop app for windows or mac.

It’s very user friendly. Anyone can work with this software. It can provide you what you need with the support to do so. We were pleased with the results and how they are displayed. All levels on our team were able to use the data.
