Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use this for our call center. We have 3 reps right now, and they all use it to make calls and set appointments. It has really made getting past gatekeepers so much easier and given us fast, accurate info to speak directly to the department heads of major corporations. We are able to look up contact info for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and our leads and revenue overall have increased by the number of sales we have been able to make from talking to the right person.

- Has a browser extension, so when you go to websites, it searches automatically for the best contact.
Cons
- It can run a little slow after extended times of use.
- It could be updated more frequently.
- Wish it had a desktop app for windows or mac.
