INKY Behavioral Email Security Platform vs. Virtru

definitely great to use for any microsoft Client, the google issues are more a google thing so you will have similar issues with any other vendor. If you do not want a SEG for google, then use INKY Behavioral Email Security Platform, as it is still great once you get it set up

Of all the products out there that integrate with Google, we found Virtru to be the most user-friendly for both our users and the recipients. At the same time, its logging capabilities provide the trail we need for sensitive information. This is one tool for us that has generally been "setup and forget" which helps with the I.T. Dept workload.

• Simple Admin Interface

• Email encryption without installing or exchange keys with the recipient.
• Email DLP that is easy to configure and maintain.
• Application Gateway that encrypts email sent directly from SaaS application (ex. Zendesk, SalesForce).
• Protect attachment with restriction like time, print, and copy.

• Native Google Docs file encryption should be improved, it's working great in Google Drive but only for files that are not Google native.

if only there was a way to make the google integration smoother, in my experience, it is really bad.

For the one sending/using, I rate a 10. For receiver experience, I would rate it 8, as sometimes there are hiccups. So overall, a 9

we migrated from SpamTitan due to multiple outages and billing problems.

Full Gmail integration was not a negotiable item for us in our evaluation. Other products provided our needed functionality, but they were outside the standard Gmail interface. That made them more difficult to use, and also less likely to be used. Virtru was the only one we evaluated that actually resided within the Gmail interface, making it very easy to use.

• clients were not happy with previous system
• new system easier to deploy so more adoption

• Saving manual work and a few steps of the daily work of our reps. saving about 50 hours a month.
• Ensuring customer sensitive info is protected.
• Regulation compliance which would prevent us from doing business.
