Inspired eLearning Security First Solutions vs. TrustNet Enterprise Awareness Training Platform

Security awareness training is new to our users and this is well suited to them. We have had users from across our multi-generational staff (20-year-olds through 70-year-olds) remark that they found it informative and practical. Our staff is able to immediately practice what they learn, too.

• Numbering and Naming of modules can be improved. I have often released modules in the wrong order.
• Email summary reports could be improved.
• The mobile app is wonderful, however, we use SSO to provide the iLMS to our users so they cannot access the mobile app which is only via user name and password. We'd love to be able to offer both the SSO app pathway and the mobile app!

I have always received really good level of support from the folks at Inspired. Both from a customer service perspective, sales/ account review and a technical issue assistance. Every person I have interfaced with were professional and courteous

We did not evaluate other products; we have only used internal employee training and self-published material in the past. This is our pilot experience with using a partner to provide training to our users. We chose Inspired eLearning based on their reputation, pricing and their willingness to work with us to deploy solutions based on our project release time frame

• Utilizing the Inspired LMS has assisted Constellation West with obtaining ISO and CMMI certifications.
• Reduction of man hours tracking and reporting training status
• Cost per learner is very affordable, depending on head count, 35-40 dollars per learner per year
