Integrately vs. n8n

Integrately boasts a long list of products that it works with, but I feel that the actual implementation is clunky hit-or-miss. In my experience, the UI to create automations is miserably terrible. It shows way too many fields and is constantly resetting collapsed steps, so there is an absolutely dreadful amount of scrolling and searching involved. The order of fields often seems extremely random, which further makes the process for me extremely painful. There seem to be relatively few products that they truly integrate with, and most rely on JSON publishing. Testing is very difficult in my experience as it would only look for the most recent JSON data. It is not possible to test the automations with historical data. The actual success rate of automations is extremely spotty and it is nearly impossible to troubleshoot given the terrible UI. Split workflows (if/then) are very, very clunky. I wasted a huge amount of time manually replicating automations for various gateways.

It is simply great for replacing manual and repetitive tasks, as well as for more complex ones where you need to work a little bit harder to get the whole process well represented inside the app. It is an excellent app for learning how to build agents using AI, going from simple to more complex solutions as you evolve.

• Their workflow builder is almost impossible to use.
• Troubleshooting errors is difficult unless you are a programmer.
• User unfriendly for non-techies.
• Relies heavily on JSON publishing for many tools rather than native integration.

• It should have a community node marketplace
• it should also show the execution while its running instead of showing when its completed

The learning curve of the app is a little too steep for new users, especially those users who are not very familiar with technology and maybe coding. Nothing that can't be reached if you choose to use YouTube to learn more. It might be hard at first, but it can save you many hours, and your current job will get a lot easier with it.

Integrately is super easy to use, there isn’t a huge learning curve to using it, and their live chat support is also great, so Integrately is better than most.

n8n gives more freedom to use and do whatever I want. Make was a bit too stiff and limited to try to make the UX more friendly. But I prefer capability over friendliness in this specific scenario.

• I wasted a huge amount of time building workflows that I ultimately walked away from because they did not reliably work.
• They are more affordable than Zapier but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for.

• Ever since I started using n8n workflow - I have saved so much time
• The amount of leads we are getting has drastically increased
• n8n has lead to increase in my business revenue
• it has also given me the opportunity to get creative without the need of coding.
