Overall Satisfaction with Integrately
The pitch for Integrately is simple: Like Zapier but much cheaper.
As we move increasingly toward SaaS and cloud-based tools, we need to coordinate the use of more and more tools that do not natively interact with each other. Through the use of services like Integrately we can link these together and automate certain tasks in order to create a more consistent workflow and cut down on data input errors/omissions.

Pros
- Lower cost than Zapier
Cons
- Their workflow builder is almost impossible to use.
- Troubleshooting errors is difficult unless you are a programmer.
- User unfriendly for non-techies.
- Relies heavily on JSON publishing for many tools rather than native integration.
- I wasted a huge amount of time building workflows that I ultimately walked away from because they did not reliably work.
- They are more affordable than Zapier but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for.
