InterviewStream Prep vs. CleverConnect

We have found it great with students BUT you have to require students to use it! They don't use it on their own. No matter how often you tell them it is great!

Choose applicants based on their conduct to decrease the possibility of employing someone who does not share their beliefs and does not take much time. To free up time and view applicant videos, you can set up
invitation scenarios.
Both the candidates' hard and soft talents may be automatically but uniquely assessed.

• Gives practice recording answers to interview questions - which happens more often in actual searches.
• Provides sample questions for specific career fields.

• CleverConnect's configuration and execution processes take a little while. For beginners, it's simply a matter of time and adjustment.
